Cancellations/Refunds
As our products are made-to-order to minimize environmental waste, production begins immediately upon order confirmation. Consequently, we do not accept cancellations once a purchase has been finalized.
Because of the significant time and artisanal labor invested in every piece, we do not offer general refunds. Returns and refunds are strictly limited to the following fulfillment errors:
- Receipt of an incorrect item.
- Verified manufacturing defects.
Conditions for Return
To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned in their original condition: unused, unworn, and with all original tags intact. Please note that Pretty Budget is not liable for items damaged by the customer after delivery.
Color Variation Disclaimer
Due to our specialized hand-dyeing processes and limited batch availability, slight variations in color may occur. These unique characteristics are a hallmark of our process; therefore, returns or refunds based on color discrepancies will not be accepted.
Processing Time
Refunds are initiated only after the returned product has been received and inspected at our facility. Approved refunds will be credited via the original mode of payment within seven business days of receipt.
